Bruce J. Molnar

Bruce is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Alta Holdings, LLC.  Bruce is a certified public accountant with over 22 years experience in planning and structuring for high net worth individuals and their companies.  He has been instrumental in the formation and management of over 100 captive insurance companies.  Prior to entering the insurance management business, Bruce was the managing member of Molnar & Associates, CPA’s, a full-service tax and financial consulting firm in Newport Beach, California.  The firm specialized in tax consulting, assisting emerging growth companies and establishing insurance companies.  He has over 22 years experience in tax planning and consulting.  He is recognized nationwide as an expert in the areas of tax structuring and deferral planning.  Bruce was employed by more than one the Big 5 international CPA firms for 8 years where he served the needs of the national real estate and tax planning committees.  He served as director of Management Advisory Services for one of the largest regional accounting firms in Orange County prior to founding Molnar & Associates.  Bruce has authored and co-authored numerous articles on tax planning and tax strategies and is a frequent lecturer.  Bruce is also the majority owner and an officer and director of a property and casualty insurance company specializing in alternative risk transfer.   

Bruce graduated from The University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business and Accounting.  He is also a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
