Robert Duginger

Robert Duginger is the Associate General Counsel of Alta Holdings, LLC.  Mr. Duginger has over 25 years experience in a wide range of business and legal matters.  He has practiced law in Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, representing clients in disputes ranging from intellectual property, environmental pollution, unfair business practices, fraud, construction defect, fire loss, cargo loss, contractual issues, general business matters, as well as media and brand protection issues.  He also has extensive experience in the insurance industry.

Mr. Duginger graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, and received his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois and California, and is admitted to appear before the State Courts, U.S. District Courts and Appellate Courts of both states.  He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and has an AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell. 

Mr. Duginger is involved in various civic and charitable activities in Orange County.  He resides with his family in Irvine.
